Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. The final price will be agreed upon before the commission starts.

Payment: Handled via Paypal

Copyright Ownership: The Artist retains all copyright to the commissioned artwork.

Promotional Use: The Artist has the right to display the work in their portfolio, on social media, or in other promotional and marketing materials.

Client Usage (Personal Use Only): The client purchases the work for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., displaying online, printing for personal display).

Mandatory Credit: The Client must credit the Artist when posting the artwork online.

Commercial License Fee: If the Client wishes to use the artwork for commercial purposes, an additional fee equivalent to 50% of the original total commission price will be charged.

Example: If the total commission price is $60, the Commercial License Fee would be $30 ($60 x 0.50), making the total price $90.

Integrity: Whether for personal or commercial use, the Client may not claim the artwork as their own or significantly alter the piece without explicit consent.

Artist Cancellation Policy: I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time.

If the Client cancels the commission before the Artist has started any work (concepting, gathering references, or sketching), a 100% full refund will be issued.

Once the Artist has started the sketching or concept development phase, the full payment becomes non-refundable.

If the Client cancels after the sketch or concept has been started, or at any later stage (Lineart, Color, Rendering), no refund (0%) will be issued. The full upfront payment compensates the Artist for the time, effort, and resources dedicated up to that point.

Sketch/Work-in-Progress: The Client will receive a sketch or WIP for review. This is the primary stage for major changes to pose, composition, or concept.

Revision Limit: This price includes revisions after the sketch stage. Any major changes requested after the sketch is approved, or excessive revisions, will incur an additional fee of $15 per revision.

Post-Completion Changes: Once the final artwork is delivered, only small color adjustments or minor details will be considered. Major changes will require a new commission.

Timeline: The estimated completion time is 1 week or less from the date the deposit is paid. This is an estimate and may be subject to delays. I will inform the Client of any significant delays.
